Cathy Armstrong
Founder & Lead Designer
Our founder, Cathy, has called Vermont home for more than 20 years. Originally from New Hampshire, she moved to Southern California to follow her love of the ocean and warm weather. A decade later, she and her family returned to the East Coast, where she rediscovered the beauty of New England living. After a career in international development, Cathy found her true passion in design. Her goal to help others create beautiful, functional spaces that enhance everyday life is at the heart of her work. When she is not designing, Cathy enjoys spending time on the lake and tending to her garden. She is a loving mom of two and has a soft spot for furry friends!
Anna Senesac
Project Manager & Designer
Anna has lived in Vermont since she was four years old. Growing up around the maple industry gave her a deep appreciation for the beauty and charm of the state. From a young age, she’s had a passion for interior design. With years of experience in different industries, Anna has developed a strong ability to connect with clients, find practical solutions, and build lasting relationships. Her love of nature and eye for simple, stylish design show in everything she does.
Mike Privee
Custom Woodworker & Craftsman
With an extensive background in the medical field, Mike brings a meticulous eye for detail to his craft. His precision and care translate seamlessly into building custom wood storage solutions that are both functional and beautifully made. When he’s not in the workshop, Mike enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
Edie Braimes
Custom Fabricator
Edie joined LCCVT in search of a new challenge. With a strong passion for DIY culture, ranging from bike building to sewing, she brings a hands-on, creative mindset to the custom cabinetry industry. She is focused on refining her woodworking skills in the shop and expanding her knowledge of wood-based projects to produce thoughtful, high-quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, Edie enjoys cycling, exploring music, reading, and spending time throughout the beautiful state of Vermont.
